Finally, something that the kids can't break

I attached the surround speakers in the home theatre this morning. Amazingly, I found all four speaker cables in the first attempt! It's really scary sawing nasty big holes in my nice new walls. Now all I need is a Blu-ray that will make use of the 7.1 channels.

  2. I actually rented Prince Caspian back at the old house, and set up the surrounds temporarily.

I was just saying a couple of days ago that I wanted to see Stargate again, so I may as well see it in HD :D

I think The Golden Compass is in 7.1 as well, from memory.

  3. As soon as you get Caddyshack in 7.1 I'll be round in a flash.

  4. I'll let you know when I've got it. I'll probably wait until I've got a 50" 1080p plasmoid screen so we can get the full HD experience.
